Parallel, Roy and Joan Moffatt established Vario Components Company at Towcester / Northamptonshire (England) in 1975, specializing in sensor distribution in the UK and Germany. Working in the same industry, Roy Moffatt and Herny Schuster quickly got to know each other, resulting in a lasting friendship. When Herny Schuster quit his job in 2002, Roy Moffat took over the Sensor company.
